Wade - J. Leonard Shields House (1956)

4576 Bissenden Place

Wade Stockdill and Armour's 1956 waterfront house for Leonard Shields is a two-bedroom, split-level with a carport. The upper floor contains the bedrooms and den, while the kitchen and living and dining rooms are on the main floor. The house's signature feature is a triangular jut-out from the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide scenic views looking north to Sidney Island.
