For good shell collecting Dr Moore, Marine Laboratory, Univ. [University] of Miami, 1 Rickenbacker Causeway - Suggests go to Key Largo + then get a boat for Long Key or 2 other spots the names I forget, all were close to Key Largo - 20 min [minutes] or so by boat + the collecting excellent.
