Description:: Historic Photo (Digital Files of the Bibliotéca El Progreso. Edy Bismark Becerra Hernández) attributed to 1947 shows a smaller village forming a plaza dominated by the church which is under construction in the location where it exists today. The view is west to east and shows some increased vegetation in the surrounding landscape. The Repeat image was taken from a small dirt road parallel and to the south of the the main street.
