Further in connection with the ramifications of the Chinese
Nationalist League and the connection of the Chinese newspaper "The New Republic" therewith.
I enclose herewith report of No. 220 in connection the publication of the "New Republic" under date of October 7th. which is forwarded for your information. Arrangements are being made to have the articles referred to in this paper fully translated by our translator here, and when completed same will be hurried on to you.
