Shanghai, Sept. 28th: Wang Shing Ting, one of the leaders of the Southwestern Provinces of China has recently taken the boat from Shanghai for the United States. His journey would be a secret one, and his sole purpose in coming over to the United States is to influence the Government of the United States to recognise the Southwestern Provincial Gov¬ernment, that is, the Revolutionary Government.
Note: Wang Shing Ting is a prominent member of the Chinese Nationalist League. He was Dr. Sun Yat Sen' s right hand man. It has been reported that he took the C.P.O. liner Empress of Japan for the United States, by way of Canada.
