The government has announced that the following thirteen organization are under the ban: Industrial Workers of the World, The Russian Social-Democratic Party, The Russian Revolutionary Party, The Russian Social Revolutionists, The Russian Workers’ Union, The Ukrainian Revolutionary Group, The Ukrainian Social Democratic Party, The Social Democratic Party, the Social Labor Party, The Group of Social Democrats of the Bolshevik, The Group of Social Democrats of Anarchists, The Workers’ International Industrial Union, The Chinese Nationalist League and the Chinese Labor Association. These organizations will be under investigation. The local authorities can forbid them. If any organization continues to hold meetings or assemblies with the intent to use violent activities to achieve its political, economic or social reform purposes, the penalty is a fine of $5000 or the imprisonment of five years.
