English translation: A Notice of Celebrating the One-year Anniversary of the Chinese Nationalist League at Swift Current – We were in anguish at witnessing the reappearance of the empire system and the collapse of the Republic government. This is why our members followed our other comrades’ steps and established the Chinese Nationalist League branch at our city. We hope to work together to fight against the enemy, because everyone is responsible for his country. Once Yuan Shikai died, we were all delighted to celebrate it. His supporters are still present, and we should take steps to consolidate the Republic government. This is our purpose. Our branch has chosen to celebrate the one-year anniversary on March 5th.
