When the cylinder press rolled,

As soon as the (machine) rolls,
我就叫他们赶快拿报纸出来点
I asked them (the workers) to count the papers quickly.

Just as mentioned before,

before 300 copies were printed,

I was supposed to finish proofreading it.

turning slowly.
我说OK了以后 马上就转了快
When I said OK, it would speed up quickly.

7000 sheets per hour.
